WCCCC aims to help our businesses fill their workforce needs and connect our community with the access to the skills they need. We have created the Time for the Trades Initiative to foster partnerships to grow and develop workforce pipelines and build awareness of training, apprenticeship or further education opportunities in our region.

CAREER AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION & OPPORTUNITY:
The Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU) offers innovative Adult Education programs at its three Technical College High School (TCHS) Campuses. Adults looking to earn industry certifications, licenses or general training in high-priority occupations are invited to explore the opportunities that abound at their local TCHS Campus: the Brandywine Campus in Downingtown, the Pickering Campus in Phoenixville and the Pennock's Bridge Campus in West Grove.
Thaddeus Stevens College offers 24 high-skill, high-wage technical programs.
Delaware County Community College’s skilled trades programs offer certificate and associate degree opportunities.
Williamson College of the Trades offers programs in carpentry, masonry, machine, electrical, power plant and landscape.
UTI Exton’s location offers Automotive, Diesel, Welding and Robotics & Automation programs
