As the year starts to draw to a close, the Western Chester County Chamber of Commerce is preparing our 2025 event calendar to bring our members another incredible year of networking, educational, and legislative events.
Throughout 2025 and beyond, WCCCC is committed to connecting our members to new ideas, resources, and relationships to grow their business. Together, we create a thriving region that is well-connected, innovative, and accessible for community and business growth.
We will continue to be the leading resource for businesses and organizations in our community, build regional cooperation to strengthen business retention, growth and revitalization, and enhance value for members through education and events.

Breakfast with the Commissioners – January 15 | 7:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
The Chamber welcomes the Chester County Commissioners for a breakfast where they will share their 2025 priorities, action items, and expectations for the future of the County.
Local Government 201 – January TBD
The Western Chester County Chamber of Commerce Advocacy and Policy Committee is offering the Local Government 201 Training Course at no cost to municipal officials, municipal staff, and individuals who serve the municipality.
Member Extravaganza – February 6 | 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
It’s time for the largest networking happy hour of the year! Join WCC Chamber at Coatesville Country Club for a night of high-value connections. At the event, we will present the Small Business of the Year award.
Coffee with the Chamber – February 25 | 7:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
Rise and shine! Spend the morning with WCCCC at Everybody Yoga and Wellness, enjoying coffee, smoothies, and a relaxing atmosphere. Ditch the snooze button and kickstart your morning with meaningful business connections before you head to the office or job site.
Legislative Roundtable – March TBD
The Legislative Roundtable brings together #ChescoWest elected officials and business owners to discuss and analyze current events taking place in our local government. This event is an open-panel discussion.
Chester County Home & Craft Show – March TBD
The Chester County Home & Craft Show brings you local industry-leading experts and artisan goods from across our region. Browse home improvement displays, shop local entrepreneur’s artisan products, and meet with local businesses.
Time for the Trades – April TBD
The ongoing Time for the Trades initiative highlights Career and Technical Education in our region and connect education with private businesses to develop the workforce.
Gala on the Greene – May TBD
Experience Western Chester County Chamber’s Annual Gala on the Greene, an outdoor party on the grounds of the National Iron and Steel Heritage Site. Treat yourself to a dazzling evening at the historic Graystone Mansion, featuring live entertainment, culinary stations of local food and beverage, and the awarding of the Corporate Citizenship Recognition!
Future Focus – June TBD
The Chamber invites local businesses, municipal leaders, investors, developers, and other business professionals to join us in addressing the framework of sustainable growth in the western Chester County Region.
Business after Business Networking – July 17 | 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Join WCCCC for some business after business networking at Stargazers Vineyard. While enjoying the delicious variety of local wine, stunning vineyard views, and delicious small bites, attendees can enjoy a summer night of business connections.
Golf Outing – August TBD
Invite your business associates, clients, partners, and friends for a day of networking on the course. The Chamber’s annual golf outing is a fundraiser for our Academic and Trades Scholarship programs.
Taste of the Farm – August TBD
Taste of the Farm brings together local agriculture businesses and the community to discuss and highlight the powerful impact agriculture has on the western Chester County Region, while shopping locally grown products.
Firelight & Futures: A Rising Star Reveal – September 18 | 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Get ready for a brand new event! Spend a stunning evening in the firelight, highlighting the futures of young professionals in ChescoWest. At this event, we will be presenting our first ever Rising Star Award.
Annual Dinner – October TBD
The Chamber’s cumulative successes of the year are celebrated at the Annual Dinner, as well as the presentation of the Joseph G. Filoromo Jr. Community Service Award and the Elliott R. Jones Chamber Advocate Award.
Municipal Update – November TBD
The Municipal Update hosts Municipal Leaders from across the western Chester County region. Speakers share news, development and real estate opportunities, and future plans for the municipalities they represent.
