The updates given by Valley Township at the 2023 Municipal Update were:
- Valley Suburban Center: 90 town homes on lot 2 currently under construction.
- Approval for an additional 100 townhomes
- 9.3 acres in pipeline easement along Airport Road.
- West Wood Bridge Subdivision received land development approval for 87 single family dwellings on 36 acres located in the r2 residential zone bordered on the south by Valley Township and East Fallowfield boundary line and on the north by Valley Rd.
- Chester County G.O. Carlson Airport expansion: proposed projects consist of: composing 3 buildings, expanding existing uses in the main part of the property, and expanding the taxi-way area with hanger buildings and parking in the south west area of the property. The project will disturb 55.5 acres of the 340+ acre airport
- Valley View Business Park Lot 8 – 250 Waverly Boulevard: Recently subdivided into two parcels: Lot 8A and lot 8B and they are proposed as industrial uses within the industrial zone.
- 700 Fox Chase Rd: Proposed construction of a 4500sq ft industrial storage building in the townships planned development zoning district. The site now contains a 1900sqft office building and parking area.
- NSEC Sports Complex: while most of the parking lot is within the city of Coatesville, a portion of the parking lot is in Valley Township. This portion will accommodate an additional 124 parking spots. The parking will fall on Valley’s Conservation Zone.
- Approved Plans awaiting reporting:
- Chronic Manufacturing USA: 28,564 sq. ft. building for office and manufacturing use. Located in the planned development zone and is bordered on the north by Sunoco and the Lincoln Dinner.
- 1224 and 1226: the owner was approved for consolidation of lots and land development to construct a new office building.
