The Chester County Workforce Development Board (WDB) and Chester County Economic Development Council (CCEDC) are proud to sponsor a 4-part breakfast series titled “Strengthening and Reimagining the Workforce of the Future in Chester County.”

This dynamic series will dive into critical topics impacting today’s workforce, including:

  • Talent Attraction Strategies
  • Motivation and Retention Strategies That Make a Difference

The first session, “Leadership Readiness for Change,” will take place on Wednesday, February 5th. This session will focus on empowering leaders to confidently set up for the future, tackle change and foster a culture of adaptability and resilience. Key discussion points include:
