Joe DiBiase decided to start DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company because of his experiences working for others. He knew he could build a business with effective organization, strong systems in place, leadership and structured in-house training that would develop a team that performed HVAC services for the community at a top notch level. Joe says, “When you have a great team of professionals, you will have happy customers.” Due to this mindset, DiBiase has continued to grow through out the years. Soon enough, Joe recognized that his team would need a bigger home base, which led them from Downingtown to their new property in the Highland Corporate Center in Valley Township.
The new location hosts office space, a supply warehouse and even a training room for educating and on boarding his team. Joe is looking forward to serving western Chester County and is excited to be a part of the community.
