WCCCC held the 24th Annual Municipal Update Luncheon this November at G.A. Vietri, Inc. in Coatesville.
The event, presented by Pennsylvania American Water, was our biggest yet, with municipal leaders, community advocates, business owners, and elected officials in attendance.
The City of Coatesville update was provided by James Logan, the city manager.
- Train Station project – $65 million – scheduled for completion by end of 2025.
- Flats project – $48 million – passed preliminary plans – groundbreaking end of 2024.
- Brandywine View project – $12 million – 240-unit apartments, north of the train station.
- Road repair projects – $7-8 million.
- Streetscape project – Will service 2nd-4th Avenue, beginning in 2025. Included improvements are sidewalks, decorative lighting, and more.
- Ashe Park Masterplan – $5 million.
