The Housing Partnership of Chester County announces a vital opportunity for low-to-moderate-income residents in Chester County to secure affordable home repairs. Committed to enhancing the lives of individuals and families throughout the community, the Housing Partnership promotes its Housing Rehabilitation Program, designed to address the pressing needs of homeowners facing repair challenges.
Living in Chester County should mean having a safe and comfortable home without the worry of overwhelming repair costs. Recognizing the financial strains many residents face, especially in maintaining their homes, the Housing Partnership’s program offers a lifeline of support. Whether it’s fixing structural issues, electrical or plumbing problems, or ensuring homes are accessible to all, our no-interest loan program is here to help.
We understand the struggles faced by homeowners in meeting everyday expenses while also keeping their homes safe and habitable. That’s why our program is tailored to the needs of low-to-moderate-income households. With zero-interest loans of up to $25,000 available with no repayment needed until the home is sold, refinanced or transferred, we strive to make the process as accessible and manageable as possible.
Owning a home shouldn’t be a dream out of reach. It’s about feeling secure and rooted in your community. The Housing Partnership of Chester County is dedicated to making this dream a reality for residents across the County. Our team is here to guide and support you every step of the way, ensuring that you have the resources and assistance needed to maintain your home for years to come.
We invite all Chester County residents who may benefit from our program to reach out and learn more. Whether you’re struggling with repairs, facing accessibility challenges, or simply seeking support and guidance, we’re here to help. Together, we can build stronger, more resilient communities—one home at a time.
