There’s nothing quite as refreshing as a spoonful of delicious, sweet ice cream or water ice on a warm, bright day. Treats like ice cream and water ice are the perfect addition to any party or event. Richie Vliese knows that, which is why he opened Richie’s Water Ice in Downtown Coatesville in 2023.
Richie’s Water Ice has everything you could think of – over 20 flavors of water ice, ice cream, hot dogs, hot sausage, funnel cakes, milkshakes, sundaes, and more.
As his business grew, Richie decided to invest in a van to take Richie’s Water Ice on the road. The food truck is equipped to take 10 flavors of water ice and ice cream on the road, as well as hot food, such as burgers.
Richie is excited to work with other business owner in western Chester County, and encourages local businesses who are hosting events to reach out to him.
